Halcyon are proud to be working closely with one of the only "Outstanding" rated care providers in the South-West region, in their search in finding a driven, passionate Care Manager, to join their flourishing team based in Gloucestershire. This specialist organisation, offers outstanding care through their supported living services, helping adults with varying special needs throughout the county. Their ability to offer truly bespoke and tailored care packages, make them one of the most exciting and up and coming providers in South-West of England.
This brand new opportunity comes at an exciting time for this organisation, as they are looking to bring on a talented individual, that can be a true asset to their already thriving team and can bring their own spark and individuality to their modern care practises. Your role will be to provide direction and leadership to the service, including all all aspects of the care packages providing to the individuals they care for. You will have over-sight of the day to day operations of the service and be responsible for ensuring your staff team are consistently providing the outstanding levels of care expected.
As this role involves working closely with adults with varying needs, including mild and complex learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour, it is essential that you have experience of working in this sector previously. Experience of managing a service previously is a must, as you will be expected to call on your skills and knowledge of past roles and be expected to adapt these to your new portfolio of care packages and to provide support to your team. This could be a fantastic opportunity for a Service manager or a registered manager that may be looking to step away from a registered role but still wants to be involved in the day to day running of service.
In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a competitive salary of between £33,000 - £37,000, as well as a generous holiday allowance and benefits package.
