Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Manchester - £65,000 + 15% bonusThe Company:Lorien Global are working in partnership with a rapidly growing managed service provider. They're about to embark on a 3 year transformation of their internal and client management processes. This includes the introduction of a new position for the business, a Technical Account Manager. Based in Manchester there is onsite parking available. The Role: As the Technical Account Manager you'll be responsible for the delivery and optimisation of the client roadmap throughout the engagement. Acting as the key liaison between the client and technical teams, you will explore opportunities for innovation and have the opportunity to lead continuous improvement across the client portfolio. As this is a new role within the company, it's an excellent opportunity for someone to set the 'golden standard' and define what impact you will have across the business. The Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager
• Technical knowledge across a range of infrastructure technologies including: VMware, Wintel, Storage, AWS, Azure or GCP
• Excellent customer facing skills, clear communication with the ability to present across varying levels of stakeholders
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills
