HYBRID WORKING - 3 DAYS FROM HOME & 2 DAYS IN OFFICE

Birmingham City

Basic £35k to £45k plus bonuses, team bonuses & performance bonuses - uncapped commission

We are looking on behalf of this wonderful client a talented Team Leader or Managing Consultant who can mentor and lead a small team of 4 Recruiters.

Ideally someone from a Professional Services recruitment background (must be perms) who has 3-4 years’ experience managing teams with their daily activities.

This agency has a LOW staff turnover and is treated with appreciation and lots of support is offered within your career with them. The Director truly values their team.

This is more a boutique agency within a Niche market. All about Perms high end salaries up to £120k. ALL SECTORS WELCOME!!

This is a broad role combining leadership of a team with account management / development with key clients:- Leading from the front and developing / mentoring your team members- Identifying areas for improvement and working with individuals to reach their potential- Overseeing all areas of recruitment delivery- Driving activity to ensure success- Ensuring systems and procedures are mantained- Developing a deep understanding of clients businesses- Offering a consultative approach to all client briefs- Utilising extensive in house resources to identify talent for your own roles- Interviewing and submitting candidates- Working closely with internal teams: resourcing, sales, marketing

My client would love someone who is determined, a non job hopper, worked their way up from a Recruiter to Team Leader level. Loves ambitious people who want to stay in a company and progress to Senior Management.
