Looking long term for a career within transport or driving?Our client based in Milton Keynes currently has a vacancy for Yard Shunters.As a Yard Shunter, your main duties will be to ensure smooth running of the yard, taking a very hands-on approach and able to adapt to a multitude of requirements as and when required. You will use your own initiative and identify tasks and duties to be completed throughout your workday.We have vacancies available on days (0900 - 2100) and nights (2100 - 0900), both working a 4 on 4 off pattern which does include weekends.Duties include:
·         Moving vehicles of all categories around the yard.
·         Offloading empty trays from vehicles.
·         Washing vehicles
·         Fuelling vehicles.
·         Ensuring the yard remains clean, tidy and operational at all times.
·         Vehicle checks.Successful Applicants
·         Successful applicants will have previous driving experience.
·         You will hold a UK driving license with less than 3 points.
