A dedicated Special Needs School in Slough is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a full-time basis. This school works with students facing a range of challenges, including Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs, creating an inclusive, positive environment tailored to each student's success.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Collaborate with the classroom teacher, providing one-on-one support to students.
Assist in delivering engaging lessons to make learning enjoyable and accessible for all.
Support classroom behavior management and help students make positive choices.
Play an active role in fostering a supportive, inclusive environment focused on emotional and academic growth.Ideal candidates will have experience working with children or vulnerable adults, either professionally or personally (such as supporting a family member with additional needs). A degree in Psychology or Criminology is helpful but not essential-genuine enthusiasm and a nurturing attitude are key.
