About the Role:
Join a leading industry developer renowned for excellence and innovation. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Service Executive and team, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer telephone inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support the Customer Service Executive and team with administrative duties, including raising site instructions and processing invoices.
- Log, update, and close defects using our C360 system, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records to facilitate cost recovery from contractors and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably C360.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
