Retirement Scheme Manager

Location:  Henley In Arden (B95)

Duration:   3 months +

Hours: 20 hrs  

Start Date: ASAP

Venn Group are looking for dedicated Retirement Scheme Manager join a Leading Housing Association. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable people and looking for your next challenge apply now!!

 The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Keeping clients records secure and up to date
• Reporting any maintenance to the relevant team
• Conducting regular inspections
• Completing fire alarm testing
• Report any concerns to the relevant teams
• Safeguard service users
• Providing a duty of care to all service users
• Being a point of contact for service users to speak with regarding their concerns
• Signpost service users to other teams for matters such as mental heath support or money budgeting/advice

The successful candidate will have: 

• Enhanced DBS
• Relevant Experience in a Similar Role
• Leasehold experience
