A rapidly growing technology & IT services organisation based in St Albans, Hertfordshire is actively recruiting for 2 Account Management positions to join their expanding customer service team. The role will focus on managing a variety of B2B clients across the UK, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. The team are looking for Account Managers who have customer service experience within a corporate environment who are keen to join a company where genuine opportunity is available to propel your career.
The role:
* Provide outstanding service to circa 150 business customers
* Build longstanding relationships to gain new business opportunities
* Carry out performance reviews with accounts
* To manage the renewal process for existing clients
* Focus on retaining clients to maximise revenue
* Learn the company's product portfolio to become a subject matter expert
* Work alongside senior members of the team to support where necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
The person:
* A minimum of 2 year's account management or B2B customer service experience
* A genuine interest in gaining experience within the technology industry
* Exemplary communication skills
* A proactive attitude
* A natural team player
