We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a brilliant forward-thinking organisation. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and efficient budgeting and forecasting.

As the Finance Manager you will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, driving process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to help the business achieve its financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, Financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
Analyse variances against budgets and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance, and identifying risks or opportunities.
Conduct financial analysis to support decisions on costs, pricing, and investments.
Maintain and enhance financial controls, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads, senior management, and stakeholders to provide financial advice and support.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
What We're Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in management accounting, ideally in housing, property management, or a related sector.
Strong technical accounting and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience using financial software (e.g., Xero) and familiarity with ERP systems (desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
