Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a primary school in Oldham that are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. There are full-time and part-time roles available from January 2025.

About you:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience in a similar role, supporting learning in a school environment.
Strong understanding of child development and educational strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their potential.
A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
