About the role: We're on the lookout for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support our dedicated team and wonderful pupils. In this rewarding role, you'll work across EYFS and KS1 classes, helping children flourish in a happy, creative, and well-resourced environment. As an HLTA, you'll be a key member of our teaching staff, supporting the class teacher in EYFS and KS1 classes. You will lead small group sessions, assist in planning and delivering creative lessons, and provide 1:1 support where necessary. Your role will be essential in ensuring pupils receive high-quality learning opportunities and tailored interventions. Application Requirements:

• You must hold an HLTA qualification or have significant experience working as a teaching assistant at a similar level within a primary school setting.
• Experience working in EYFS and/or KS1, supporting children in early years or primary education, with a strong understanding of child development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults, including working closely with class teachers, parents, and other staff to support pupil learning and well-being.
• Confidence in delivering small group interventions and supporting the class teacher with whole class activities, following lesson plans to help achieve learning outcomes.
• A valid enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one, and eligibility to work in the UK are essential for this role.
