Paintshop Operative Thirsk

Our client is a market-leading structural steel company

As a painter operator, the role will be applying protective coatings to the correct specifications of the steelwork as it is produced in the factory.

You will check that the steel piece is adequate from the blast profile and the surface is clean and ready for application or protective products. You'll check the wet pool thickness and make sure the correct coatings are applied to the steel.

* 3 years experience in Industrial painting with Protective coating on steel

Preferably have experience or certification with Passive fire protection paints
