Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in Warwickshire as an Architectural Planner!
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Planner to contribute to a diverse range of projects. Your role will involve:
·Producing high-quality CAD/BIM drawings, including Land Registry Plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
·Preparing Scope of Works and initial Briefing Notes for various projects.
·Conducting site assessments, evaluating development potential, and analysing planning policies.
·Preparing and submitting planning applications through the planning system.
·Collaborating with colleagues to grow knowledge of Planning Law and Practice, while increasing project exposure.
·Liaising with Case Officers, Clients, and Consultants for project updates and third-party reports.
·Offering planning advice on farm diversification and asset enhancement opportunities.
Requirements:
·Architectural qualification, ideally including planning-related modules.
·Minimum 3 years of planning and architectural experience, with at least 18 months in the private sector.
·Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
·Proven experience in producing accurate and attractive drawings for planning applications.
·Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
