Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for leading infrastructure projects? We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to manage the delivery of large-scale projects across a national network.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initial scoping through to tender, execution, and handover.
Oversee a team of 4-6 project professionals, including Project Managers and Support Officers, ensuring their development and successful project delivery.
Ensure all project deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines, working across multiple departments and external partners.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout all stages, following the Project Management Methodology (PRINCE2 and NEC contracts).
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, fulfilling client responsibilities for CDM regulations.
Manage stakeholder engagement, liaising with senior management, government bodies, and external partners.
Drive the successful handover of projects into business-as-usual operations, ensuring long-term value for the network and end-users.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing large, complex infrastructure projects, ideally within a transportation or rail environment.
Expertise in working with various stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, and local authorities.
Strong leadership skills, with a background in managing teams and developing talent.
Knowledge of PRINCE2, NEC3/4, and CDM Regulations.
Excellent budgeting, financial management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing demands and drive successful project completion in a fast-paced environment.Desirable Qualifications:
NEBOSH qualification
Project Management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APMP)
