An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join a tight-knit and rapidly growing Estate Agents in Hounslow as a Property Manager to provide excellent service to tenants and landlords alike.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with alternate Saturdays

Main duties and responsibilities:

As a Property Manager you will play a crucial role by ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties and securing new business opportunities.
You will be conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Organise property inspections, act on reports and feedback to landlords
Manage letting check outs
Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities
Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
Always delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
Achieving personal and branch targets
Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally.
What we need from you:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a property management role.
Driving licence
Multi Lingual preferred but not essential
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
You should be an ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong negotiation and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.
