Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring team retention through building strong, positive relationships with internal teams, as well external providers and clients
- Providing support, guidance and training opportunities to all line managers, identifying any training or development needs, whilst managing their performance through supervisions and appraisals
- Ensuring our service and food offering is always of the highest standard to create an exceptional experience for all diners
- Helping to create and deliver captivating sales presentations to potential new clients whilst finding new avenues for business
- Strive for the highest levels of compliance for Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene
- Managing and assisting in the mobilisation of new business wins
Ideal Candidate
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable person with a warm and welcoming demeanour and operational experience in managing large teams in multi-site operations preferably in the hospitality/catering industry along with the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to manage HR or performance related issues fairly and professionally
- Experience in managing and compiling budgets alongside a strong overall understanding of business related finances
- A strong knowledge of food and safety legislation alongside the ability to ensure team compliance in this area
- A passion for food, you keep up to date with food trends and industry standards with a real understanding of what good service looks like.
