Quantity Surveyor - Top Main Contractor - Solihull - up to £60,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus

We are currently seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work for an established main Contractor. They specialise in fast-track Design and Build projects. They are steel frame specialist and a majority of what they build is either new build Retail Parks or logistics/industrial warehouses and Data Centres within the E-Commerce sector.

The Project Industrial Warehouse - £20million

Construction of a 200,000 Sq Ft single storey production unit together with two storey offices with a ground floor reception area. External site works are to include hardstanding's for service yard and HGV Parking, car parking, plot road, landscaping and drainage, the warehouse building consists of a structural steel multi span portal, internal concrete floor slab.

The Position

Reporting Into the Commercial manage you will conduct monthly valuations for clients including final accounts, sending enquiries, analysing subcontractor quotes, finalising orders and managing subcontractors throughout all project stages, CVR's reporting project progress and financial status.
