Their success is rooted in the experience and professionalism of their teams and are committed to long-term relationships with both clients and staff.Key Responsibilities of the Estate Agent:

• Registering new applicants and handle customer enquiries.
• Booking and conducting tours and viewings.
• Following up on enquiries and building relationships with applicants.
• Maintaining and updating our database, ensuring feedback is recorded.
• Achieving sales targets for agreements and exchanges.
• Negotiating offers between vendors and applicants under the direction of the Sales Director.
• Ensuring compliance with AML procedures by obtaining Proof of Identity and Address from buyers.
• Providing high-level customer service to clients and customers.
• Requesting testimonials from buyers and sellers.
• Actively promoting the brand by gaining valuations and managing potential vendors.

The Estate Agent's salary package:

• Basic Salary: £28,000 per annum
• First Six Months Guarantee
• 10% up to £100,000
• 12.5% between £100,000 - £150,000
• 15% over £150,000
• OTE: £59,250

Requirements and Skills:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in residential agency.
• Good local knowledge.
• Driven and customer service-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Smart and well-presented at all times.
• Honest, committed, and a team player.
• Self-motivated, organised, and good at time management.
• Focused, competitive, and confident.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent people skills.
• Articulate and knowledgeable about the London property market.
