Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Director for a Manufacturing company based in Coventry. This is a position suited to candidates with experience within a similar role with a proven understanding of HR policies and procedures.
 
Role responsibilities -

For the role of HR Director, you will be involved with the businesses HR policies and procedures, supporting the business where required.
You will assist with the implementation of various policies and procedures and will bring fresh ideas to the business - an exciting challenge!
You will also be involved with the Health & Safety on site for the role of HR Director.
You will be involved in various meetings, appraisals, disciplinaries etc. and will take control of outcomes and report back to the Owners.
This is an exciting role, offering the chance to make this department your own! 
Role requirements -

You will be experienced within HR and have a strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures for the role of HR Director.
A knowledge of Health & Safety within the workplace is essential for the role of HR Director.
You will be a team player and confident to support a busy manufacturing team with any HR queries.
A knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing industry is essential for the role of HR Director.
