Are you passionate about empowering others to achieve their fullest potential? Do you have a background in property and experience in onboarding and coaching? Fine & Country is seeking an inspiring and proactive Success Coach to join our network. This unique role is essential in onboarding, training, and supporting our self-employed agents, setting them up for success from day one when establishing their own business.
Role Overview: As a Success Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting agents as they enter and grow within our Fine & Country network. Key responsibilities include:

Onboarding and Induction: Lead a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to immerse new agents in Fine & Country’s values, tools, and standards. Guide agents through their initial stages, ensuring they have the foundation and confidence to succeed.

Training & Content Delivery: Develop and deliver impactful, property-specific training content for all agents in the Midlands team. Equip agents with industry insights, best practices, and skills to excel in a competitive market.

Ongoing Coaching & Development: Provide one-on-one coaching with a focus on personal and professional development, effective lead generation, and sales excellence.

Business Growth Initiatives: Work closely with the leadership team to identify and implement strategies that drive both individual and regional success.

Property Industry Experience: Familiarity with the property sector and an understanding of the unique demands within it.

Proven experience in coaching or training, ideally within a sales-focused, client-centric environment.
