Salary: £475 - £500/day

We are currently recruiting for an Interim Regional Director based in the South of England.

The inital contract is 2-3 Months.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a network of care homes and services across the south of England ensuring exceptional levels of care are consistently delivered.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external regulatory bodies, local authorities, and families of residents.
Oversee the preparation for and management of regulatory inspections (CQC, local authorities, etc.), ensuring readiness and optimal outcomes.
Provide leadership and support to local management teams, ensuring they are empowered, equipped, and motivated to deliver outstanding care.
Drive performance management, ensuring continuous improvement in care quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximise efficiency and ensure financial sustainability of the services within the region.Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Regional Director or in a senior leadership role within elderly care or residential care services.
Active nursing pin is advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and other relevant care standards for elderly care settings.
Previous success in improving care quality, compliance, and operational performance across multiple services.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills with a focus on staff development and retention.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage complex situations and make decisions under pressure.
A passion for enhancing the lives of individuals and ensuring they receive the highest level of care and dignity.
