Reed Accountancy have recently partnered up with a business who are looking for a temporary payroll advisor for around a 3 month period.

The right candidate will have previous experience with payroll and will be able to provide support to the team over this period. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate and reliable payroll service.
• Support external payroll providers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Improve payroll and HR data processes.
• Support payroll-related projects.
• Resolve payroll-related issues.
• Provide compliance and performance data.
• Collaborate with HR to meet business needs.
• Maintain compliance and accurate records.

REQUIREMENTSEssential

• Experience in HR/Payroll Operations and handling international payrolls.
• Experience with third-party payroll providers.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Proficient in HRMS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Desired

• Experience with hybrid shared service models and third-party suppliers.
