Description

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.
Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Provide training and support to operational teams in lean manufacturing techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
Monitor and report on performance against key performance indicators.
Contribute to the creation and updating of standard operating procedures.
Support the implementation of new equipment and processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Profile

A successful Continuous Improvement Engineer should have:

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing training.
Proven experience delivering Continuous Improvment projects.
A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
Proficiency in using standard industry software tools.Job Offer
