Join the team as a Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation within a supportive community setting.

• Perform assessments, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for MSK conditions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients on self-management and preventive measures.
• Track and evaluate patient progress, modifying care plans as required.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation.

• HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Proven experience managing MSK caseloads, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to providing patient-focused care and pursuing continuous professional development.
