The RoleAs the “Business Development Executive”, you’ll play a crucial role in developing our business and strengthening client relationships across London and home counties . You’ll be responsible for driving new business while maintaining strong connections with existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive the outstanding service they’re known for.
Key Responsibilities - Pro- active and re-active Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and hospitality sectors.
- Account Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Industry Knowledge: Use your understanding of coffee solutions and services to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn high commission based on results.
- Work closely with teams in both London and Surrey, with occasional travel to Head Office for team meetings & training sessions.
About You - Experience: Proven track record in proactive B2B sales, ideally within the coffee or hospitality industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiar with coffee machines, services, and client expectations in the corporate and hospitality spaces.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled in consultative selling and committed to building long-term client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Driven by targets, with a resilient and positive attitude towards challenges.
- Location: London-based, with the ability to travel to Surrey as needed.
