A great opportunity has come up for an experienced electrician to work with out client based in Nottingham. You'll be conducting EICR's and responsive repairs to our clients managed properties.

Rate: £20 an hour
Hours: 37 hours a week
Days: Monday - Friday

Job Description

Organise and carry out the design, installation, maintenance, testing and repair work for the Association's managed properties,
Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
Complete and return documentation within agreed timescales; updating and maintaining manual and computerised records relating to testing electrical installations etc.
Use information available to identify customer needs and ensure services are tailored to meet those needs.
Carry out responsive electrical repairs.
Provide out of hours service for electrical emergencies
Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers.Requirements
