Fire & Security Service Engineer

Location: Approximately 30 minutes travel from your working area

Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Fire and security systems for their customers, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service by working closely with the area supervisor and national Call Centre using our PDA management software.

* Attend and resolve daily service calls and maintenance visits.

* Take ownership of your vehicle and its stock, ensuring they are well-maintained and any issues are promptly escalated.

* Be flexible with working hours to meet client demands.

* Deliver proactive maintenance, identifying and rectifying problems before they occur.

Experience Required:

* Working knowledge of intruder systems such as Texecom, Galaxy, Pacom & GE ranges.

* Working knowledge of Access Control systems PAC & Paxton.

* Familiarity with CCTV systems across analogue and IP platforms.

Person Specification:

* Strong knowledge of the Fire and security industry and its standards.

* Proven field service technical experience.

* Proactive approach to problem-solving and lone working.

* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

* Minimum of 3 years' experience within the security industry.

* Ability to identify and refer potential sales leads (with commission opportunities).
