• Lead with Vision: Motivate and coach your team to consistently deliver exceptional results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
• Technical Expertise: Possess strong electro-mechanical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless product assembly.
• Quality Assurance Champion: Implement processes and conduct thorough quality control checks to maintain consistent product excellence.
• Inventory Management Master: Oversee the efficient organization of components, manage stock levels, and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
• Empowerment Through Training: Train new team members on assembly procedures, quality control methods, and best practices.
• Process Optimization Guru: Analyze and continuously improve assembly processes for increased efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (assembly experience preferred).
