The Company

* My client is an established residential contractor with offices in Central London location.

* They have a friendly and collaborative team and are enjoying a period of controlled expansion.

The Projects

* They undertake projects from £100k to £1m spanning prime residential and commercial works.

* Full refurbishment, internal fit outs and external restoration projects.

The Opportunites

* Working Supervisor - Marylbone, refurbishment of a single dwelling property - £350k

* 'Hands On' Site Manager - Hyde Park, converting two commercial units into a 2 bedroom appartment - £450k

Both projects run for c. 2 months. They are very busy so they are confident of follow on work for candidates who excel during the initial 2 month period.

Experience of managing similar projects is essential.

Site Managers who have a motorcycle licence would be beneficial as their site managers often look after two concurrent projects in Central London.
