I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager for their Dementia home / care home in Cheshire. I am looking for an experienced Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager / Registered Home Manager to manage a beautiful, modern home
The care home / nursing home offers dementia and nursing care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users and is currently operating to an excellent standard
The service requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of dementia and nursing care

-Candidates should be an experienced care home manager/ nursing home manager
-Strong care home management skills.
-Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting and safeguarding
