The role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Valuer to join the dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property valuations, winning new instructions, and building strong relationships with landlords. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to the growth and success of our lettings department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and well-researched lettings valuations in North Kensington and surrounding areas.

• Generate new business by securing landlord instructions and developing a strong pipeline of rental properties.

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with landlords, providing expert advice on the lettings market.

• Negotiate rental agreements, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

• Stay up to date with market trends, legislation, and competitor activity to provide informed guidance to clients.

• Work collaboratively with the lettings and property management team to ensure a seamless service.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lettings instructions and revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Valuer, Lettings Negotiator, or similar role within the property industry.

• Strong knowledge of the North Kensington lettings market and surrounding areas is preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential).
