Are you an Assistant Design Facade Manager with passion, innovation, and the drive to leave a lasting legacy on the city's skyline?

Responsibilities:

Design Development and Coordination

* Ability to coordinate and audit simple design packages, to ensure compliance with Statutory Requirements and build contract

* Responsibility for arranging Design Team Meetings and Workshops and preparing minutes

* Facilitate RFI process from supply chain and ensure timely responses to close out queries

* Assist in setting up Document Control and information portals / systems with Document Controller.

* Understand the contract (specifically Client's brief, ER's, specification and drawings) and as far as practicable ensure the project is designed accordingly,

* Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies, inadequacies and divergences, with the commercial team as they arise.

We are looking for:

-Experience working with Facade Projects

-3+ years working in Design role

-3+ years working in construction
