Financial Controller, Health Communications Agency, Central London, £60,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to step up into their first Financial Controller position for a PE backed Health & Strategy Communications agency. Reporting directly to the CFO and line managing one team member, this will be a hands-on role in a growing business.You will be responsible for:

• Full production of the monthly MI and year end reporting - managing the P&L and entire balance sheet
• Line management of the Assistant Management Accountant, ensuring they have development opportunities
• Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support – providing visibility
• Building strong relationships internally and externally
• Owning the audit process
• Responsible for AP/AR & Payroll.
• High quality variance analysis of MI, profitability and utilisation metrics

We believe someone with the following experience could be a great match for this role:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Financial Controller or similar (this role is also suitable for a first time, hands-on FC).
• Experience in professional services preferred, but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of excel and accounting systems.
