Job Title: Remote Conveyancer

Salary: Up to £45,000 (Competitive, dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our growing, fully remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and skilled conveyancing professional to work from the comfort of their own home while handling a variety of residential property transactions.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, providing high-quality service to clients across the UK. As a key member of our team, you'll liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring a smooth and efficient property transfer process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files independently, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new builds.
• Conducting property searches, drafting contracts, and preparing legal documents.
• Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure timely progression of cases.
• Providing expert advice on property transactions and resolving any legal issues that may arise.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions using case management systems.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

About You:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience, fee earning within residential conveyancing.
• Ability to title check and raise enquiries
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant UK property law.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficient in using case management systems and IT.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively from home.
