About The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with new and existing clients and enabling our sales process to work effectively by linking with our sales office. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt as part of our growing business are vital.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships across a range of customer accounts.

* Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients and develop profitable business.

* Handle enquiries and customer requests to ensure needs are met.

* Link with sales office team to ensure smooth running of the sales operation and customer satisfaction. This includes providing holiday and absence cover for key administration tasks as part of our sales office function.

* Meet with key clients to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.

* Seek out new clients, win, manage and develop profitable business.

About you:

* Good communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Good level of numeracy and proficient using Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Industry experience in a sales or customer service role will be an advantage.

This position is working Monday - Friday 9:00AM-17:00PM
