Salary: £40-48,000 (dependent on experience)

An award-winning architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a RIBA-chartered team in Oxford. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from concept to completion, in a collaborative and design-driven environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical development of projects across various sectors, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.
• Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation using AutoCad.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Managing and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
• Overseeing site visits and liaising with clients to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction.

Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• A relevant degree or HND in Architectural Technology.
• Extensive experience in a similar role within an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach with strong leadership and communication abilities.
