We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Web Specialist) to join our small marketing team during an exciting period of product launches, website relaunches, and strategic marketing investment in 2025.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in managing the digital presence of our icon AGA and Rangemaster brands across multiple UK and international websites. Working closely with our agencies and internal stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in driving traffic, enhancing user experience, and delivering campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain multiple brand websites (UK and international)

* Maintain and optimise PIM database and web systems

* Collaborate with external agencies to deliver SEO, PPC, email and social media strategies

* Develop and update site content to maximise engagement and conversion

* Oversee and report on Hubspot email marketing campaigns

* Maintain the Digital Asset Library and AGA Cloud recipe app

* Track and report on digital campaign performance and ROI

* Stay ahead of digital trends

What We're Looking for:

* Experience managing CMS platforms and delivering digital marketing projects

* A degree in Marketing or CIM qualification

* Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and trends

* A hands-on approach with confidence to drive change

* A keen eye for detail, with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills

* Flexibility to travel between sites and a valid UK driving licence

* Confident in collaborating across teams and with external agencies

* Organised, driven and managing multiple projects
