Are you an experienced Engineering Manager with an electrical bias? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment? If so, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and lead the engineering team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Lead system design initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering designs with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes and specifications.
- Provide training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in an engineering management role, preferably within manufacturing or the food sector.
- Strong understanding of system design principles and engineering methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with packaging and wrapping machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
