Role and Responsibilities:

* - Site Assessment: Attend client sites to assess enquiries and assist in developing proposals.

* - Process Review: Review client operational processes and develop material flow diagrams.

* - Project Specifications: Undertake throughput and cycle time calculations. Specify appropriate equipment to meet project requirements.

* - Design Development: Utilise AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Solidworks to develop layouts. Present these designs to the project team and clients.

* - Problem Solving: Leverage industry expertise to devise a range of solutions tailored to the client's needs, and clearly articulate the advantages and disadvantages of each

* - Cost Management: Be responsible for equipment costings from both in-house and external suppliers.

* - Team Collaboration: Liaise with R&D, Sales, and Project teams to ensure projects and processes are executed to the highest quality.

* - Proposal Development: Support or lead in writing proposals for clients.

* - Process Improvement: Work with the Sales & Solutions team to develop internal processes and improve standards.

Capabilities:

*

* - Material Handling Systems Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in material handling systems, with a solid understanding of manufacturing, production, and logistics operations.

* - Logistics and Supply Chain Knowledge: Proven experience in logistics and supply chain solutions.

* - Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* - Design Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD and proficiency in Solidworks, SketchUp, or another 3D software package.

* - Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.

* - Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and not afraid to challenge colleagues' ideas.

* - Robotics Experience: Experience in robotics is advantageous but not essential.

* - Flexibility: Ability to adapt and prioritise tasks to assist the demands of the team.
