The Role:

* Oversee electrical elements within construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to keep work progressing smoothly.

* Report to senior management with regular updates on project milestones and challenges.

* Ensure all electrical work meets required safety and quality standards.

* Assist senior project managers and directors with project coordination and problem-solving.

What You Need:

* Strong background in electrical engineering with experience managing M&E construction projects valued between £3 million and £5 million.

* Ability to take projects from tender to final handover.

* Experience managing teams and coordinating with different trades.

* A hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
