Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for an exciting opportunity in a primary school? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated HLTA to support a vibrant and inclusive school in Maidenhead.
Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver small group interventions and whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher
Provide targeted support to pupils with a range of abilities, ensuring they reach their full potential
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Support children with SEN and additional learning needs, adapting activities to suit individual needs
Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents where necessary
Requirements:
✔️ HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
✔️ Previous experience working in a primary school setting
✔️ Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and classroom management strategies
✔️ A passion for supporting children's learning and development
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔️ An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
