FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

You will ideally be based around MIDLANDS / SHROPSHIRE / NORTH WEST (HOMEBASED)

UK and Ireland Travel

Mon-Fri / 8:45am-5:00pm

£45,000 - £47,000 Basic Salary + Hybrid Car + Tools + Pension + 28 Days Holiday

Owing to an extremely strong order book and future growth projections, a Market leading niche machinery supplier has a requirement for a Field Service Engineers to join their established team.

With a mixture of Workshop and Site Based work, this opportunity offers the chance to be involved in all aspects of Service and Repair on their fast paced, highly automated production equipment. This business offer great training and development on their automated machinery.

Role Description

*Servicing and Maintenance of automated machinery and equipment on a UK and Worldwide basis.
*Test and Inspection of systems and equipment.
*Fault finding and diagnostics of systems and equipment.
*Construction of electrical / mechanical systems to engineering drawings.
*Installation and commissioning of systems on customer sites.
*Reporting into the Engineering, Customer Support Manager

Skills and Qualifications

*Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance or Service Experience.
*Electrical / Mechanical Formal Qualifications.
*Fault-finding experience
*Manufacturing industry experience - FMCG / Food / Automotive / Plastics / Packaging / Heavy Industrial / RAF / NAVY / REME
*Ability to liaise with customers / clients on site.
*Willingness to travel on a UK / Ireland basis
*Willingness to stay away from home Monday through to Friday
