Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification?
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful Early Years Team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of young minds in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs.
Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring appropriate developmental milestones are met.
Support children in their emotional, social, and physical development.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.Essential Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desirable:

First Aid trained (or willingness to complete training).
