Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading private healthcare organisation based in London experiencing an exciting period of expansion and growth to recruit a Contracts and Procurement Manager.
This newly created role will form part of a compact procurement function, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.

Role:
- Lead indirect procurement activities, focusing on service contracts, complex contract negotiations and cost improvement programs
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst mentoring and supporting team members to create a high-performance culture
- Drive cost savings through detailed spend analysis, identify and deliver opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement best practice to optimise procurement efficiencies
- Investigate and resolve P2P process issues
Person:
- Ideally suited to a Procurement and Contracts Manager seeking a ‘next step’ in their career
- Strong procurement system skills, excellent stakeholder management skills and comprehensive analytical skills
