Location: Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Duties: - Deliver Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2 to learners undertaking Apprenticeship qualifications via a hybrid approach (primarily remote, with occasional face-to-face learner visits).
- Identify and provide additional learning support to learners with identified learning difficulties and disabilities.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing IAG to learners.
- The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods, providing differentiation and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs.
Essential Criteria: - Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Must have experience of delivering Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2.
- Experience of supporting learners with additional needs is highly desirable.
- Must hold own Functional Skills in Maths and English / GCSE equivalents.
- Ability to overcome challenges and support learners to progress.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- The successful candidate must be engaging, and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate and teach learners.
- Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
