Trinity House Group are supporting a large well-known brand to recruit a high calibre Finance Manager in the North Birmingham area with super flexible hybrid working offered, only 2 days per week on site. Working closely with a superb Head of Management Accounts you will gain broad exposure and continue to progress your career.

As Finance Manager you will be / have:

• The ability to challenge and influence senior management and your team
• Experience leading a high performing team
• A highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA with industry experience)
• Proactive self-starter and results orientated
• Have an attention to detail that improves process integrity and quality of reporting
• Embraces change and enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for processing and reviewing month end close postings
• Responsible for maintaining detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Involvement in the production and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs with variance analysis for parent company
• Responsible for resolving VAT and Corporation Tax enquiries and analysis
• Ensures the integrity of financial data provided to other areas of the business
• Improvement of financial controls and monthly close procedures
• Support the Head of Management Reporting with the day-to-day management of the department
• Ad hoc support and project as required by the business
• Experience from a FMCG / Multi site / Product led environment would be advantageous

Finance Manager Package:

• £65,000 - £70,000 pa
• £5,000 Car Allowance
