Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experienced: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
SEN Support: Ability to provide 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Child Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of childhood development and effective support strategies.
Team Player: Strong ability to work as part of a team.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Empathetic Listener: Help pupils increase their confidence and self-esteem through active listening and appropriate interventions.
