Salary:£48,000-£52,000
Location: Leicester
Shift Pattern: 24/7 or shift pattern (12 hr shifts) day and night shifts
Does include weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance across a range of systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery, plant, and building infrastructure.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all systems run smoothly.
Work with PLCs, inverters, and control systems.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and reduce downtime.Skills & Experience:

Electrical bias with experience in maintenance and fault-finding on electrical systems.
Competence in both electrical and mechanical systems (knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies is advantageous).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.What We Offer:
