Are you an experienced Electrical professional looking to step into a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical installation, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning: Ensure that each project is meticulously planned, with all necessary materials and resources available to meet deadlines.

* Job Setup: Interpret drawings and specifications to establish project requirements, ensuring compliance with standards and testing systems for certification.

* Health & Safety: Assist in the preparation and implementation of health and safety measures on all projects.

* Site Visits: Regularly attend site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.

* Estimating & Tendering: Assist in the estimation and tendering process for the electrical elements of projects.

* Team Leadership: Accept responsibility for job completion, supervise operatives, and liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers as needed.

* Workload Management: Oversee your own workload and manage the electrical team and sub-contractors to ensure client commitments are met, even in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexible Working: Be prepared to work weekends or out-of-hours when required.

* Project Oversight: Oversee and manage small project work, including commissioning and testing electrical systems and issuing relevant certification.

* Quality Control: Ensure the electrical team adheres to the highest standards in all aspects of their work.

Requirements:

* Completed a registered apprenticeship or equivalent.

* Trained to 18th Edition standard.

* Qualified to NVQ Level 3.

* C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing certified.

* SMSTS training.

* Full clean driving license.

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

* Hardworking with a willingness to travel.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
