Copello have partnered with an established Air Traffic Management business based in Hampshire, in the recruitment of a Verification and Validation Manager.

This role has a home base in Fareham but offers flexible working. There will be travel to various MOD sites required on a business requirements basis.

Role Responsibilities:

* Ensuring products adhere products adhere to the highest quality.

* Team leadership of 2 V&V Engineers.

* Responsible for training and mentoring of the V&V Engineers.

* Responsible for the preparation and delivery of test documentation for the integration of new or upgraded systems

* Produce engineering artefacts in accordance with the solutions engineer lifecycle

* Reviewing supplier test documentation to ensure delivered systems satisfies all requirements

* conduct and report on testing

* Lead test review activities

* Propose learning from experience and suggestions for continuous improvement for the solutions engineering department

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

* Degree in Engineering discipline, equivalent relevant professional qualification

* Experience of testing in a regulated/safety environment

* Knowledge of Observation/Problem reporting and management

* Strong analytical and communication skills
